            <p id="isPasted">If you&rsquo;re a passionate climber and wish to introduce others to the sport, get in touch!</p><p>We are looking for a Climbing Duty Officer to join the team covering all our opening hours, including weekday evenings and weekends. If you have an upbeat, energetic personality, you will find yourself in good company at Surrey Summit.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Climbing Duty Officer, you will run sessions across all ages and ability levels, including our NICAS and Squad programmes and GCSE PE sessions for school groups. You will also be booking customers onto these sessions, all as part of a dedicated team of Instructors, receptionists and other Duty Officers. You will have regular opportunities for route setting on our roped and boulder walls. You will be a point of escalation for day-to-day problems the freelance team members might face, reporting back to the Climbing Duty Supervisor should anything require further escalation. The post holder will ensure all aspects of clinical management of clientele is monitored, including prehab, rehab, fitness assessments and treatments.&nbsp;</p><p>The post holder will maintain accurate and detailed medical records ensuring confidentiality of clients medical information. Ensure Team Surrey and TTR always comply with GDPR regulations. &nbsp;They will also be expected to work collaboratively with the wider MDT (Physiotherapists, S&amp;C coaches, sport coaches, nutritionist etc) and attend CPD opportunities.&nbsp;</p><p>The post holder will deliver 20 hours of Team Surrey clinic and 20 hours of TTR clinics.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>Operating with a high degree of autonomy and excellence, the post holder is expected to ensure TTR and Team Surrey services are being delivered to a high standard. The post holder is expected to provide advice and solutions to day-to-day problems within the specialist areas in which they are familiar.&nbsp;</p><p>An enthusiasm and keenness to provide excellent customer service will be demonstrated through the post holder&rsquo;s efforts to meet the needs of the customers, whilst showing an understanding of the potential implications of unfinished tasks or negative experiences.</p><p>The post holder is expected to provide regular feedback and reports on their progress against tasks and objectives, and take a pro-active approach, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the table regarding CPD, to ensure delivery of evidence-based industry leading care.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>How to apply</strong></p><p>Please apply with your CV and cover letter on the university website.</p><p>The University of Surrey reserves the right to close this vacancy early or extend based on Volume and Calibre of applications.&nbsp;</p>
