Graduate Intern - Widening Participation Research and Evaluation team

The Research and Evaluation team is looking to appoint a Graduate Intern on a 1-year contract starting in September 2022.

 About the role

The post holder will be responsible for evaluating initiatives that support student Access, Success and Progression and contribute to the University’s Access and Participation Plan. They will work closely with the Research and Evaluation Manager to apply their knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including questionnaire design and data analysis. In their role they will also provide evaluation and data support to the Widening Participation and Outreach (WPO) team and other teams across the University to inform the University’s Access and Participation Plan. 

 The Research and Evaluation team have responsibility for the strategic evaluation of all Access, Success and Progression activity that supports the University’s Access and Participation Plan to meet the requirements of the Office for Students (OfS). The post holder will report directly to the Research and Evaluation Manager who reports to the Head of Market Insight and Data within Strategic Planning.
