The applicant must hold a professional registration as a Paramedic with the HCPC.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and seeking an opportunity to work closely with the next generation of Paramedics whilst supporting wider healthcare workforce development. You will have a professional registration as a Paramedic with the HCPC. We welcome applications from individuals with a teaching qualification and those who do not yet hold one, but can demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching and supporting students.<strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong>Knowledge of interprofessional education and experience working with diverse learner groups would be an advantage.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>How to apply</strong></p><p>Please apply on the University website with your CV and cover letter. Alongside teaching and supporting pre-registration nursing students, the successful candidate will undertake the role of Lead for Practice Placement Learning providing strategic and operational leadership for clinical placements across a diverse range of healthcare settings.</p><p>The post holder will work collaboratively with NHS, social care, community, and independent sector partners to develop, enhance, and quality assure practice learning environments. They will lead initiatives to expand placement capacity, support Practice Supervisors, Practice Assessors and Academic Assessors, and ensure that student learning experiences meet professional, regulatory and university standards.</p><p>The role requires a registered healthcare professional (NMC) with experience of supporting learners in practice settings, strong partnership-working skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent student experiences.
