We are seeking applications from motivated individuals to the post of Student Engagement Marketing Lead in the Employability and Careers Service.

Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will ideally have previous experience of working in student support and/or marketing in Higher Education career development support. You will demonstrate good IT skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent inter-personal skills and a pro-active approach are essential, together with accuracy and a keen eye for detail. Previous marketing and careers experience would be an advantage.

You will lead the team responsible for student engagement within the Employability and Careers Service. This will involve coordinating staff and student ambassadors to be a professional and welcoming first point of contact for students and other stakeholders’ needs. The role holder will provide advice and solutions to routine day-to-day queries raised by users of the Service.

The post holder will lead on updating online careers information and material/courses, as well as updating the website, digital screens and social media campaigns.
