We are seeking a passionate and motivated Business Analyst to share responsibility for bringing our strategic vision to life. The role is vital in the development of our technical solutions and business processes by producing the high-quality analysis necessary to inform decisions and implement successful, efficient and effective processes across the university. You will collaborate with the Customer Service Excellence Manager, Continuous Improvement team and stakeholders across the organisation to elicit the information necessary for evidence-based decision making. This will support technical and business change, maximising the quality and efficiency of processes, changes, and systems. You will work with integrity and demonstrate commitment to delivering sustainable change at pace.

Your application will demonstrate experience of leading the analysis of large and complex problems/requirements, problem solving and analysis. We are also looking for significant experience of business analysis in a large organisation and the ability to use excellent interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical concepts in clear and concise terms both verbally and in writing. A professional qualification such as BCS Business Analysis Certification is desirable.
