We are seeking a Student Money Adviser for our Student Services Centre (SSC) at the University of Surrey.

Your role will involve working as part of Student Services to deliver student focused advice and guidance to students on a range of funding, financial and housing matters in a timely manner. 

This role requires an enthusiastic, self- motivated individual that can multi- task, with the ability to work effectively under pressure, both individually and as part of a team. Experience of implementing and working with various polices is essential.

The post holder will undertake specialist and complex casework providing expert, high quality information and guidance to applicants and students on statutory and discretionary funding.  You will also provide support and guidance to staff within the University in respect of a range of advice matters, including finance and funding regulations. 

This role is expected to contribute to the provision of a professional and specialist advice and guidance service to all students, to encourage their academic progress and student retention.
