The School is seeking to make a new appointment to join our vibrant and highly successful School. We are pleased to receive applications from strong candidates in Tourism and Transport Management. The successful candidate will be expected to teach on our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in tourism and transport, so an ability to teach across both tourism and transport is desirable. This may include leading and/or teaching on modules such as Visitor Attraction Management, Strategic Tourism Management, Destination Marketing and Management, Cruise Industry and Sea Transport and Air Transport Management. Candidates should also have a research agenda that connects through a tourism and/or transport focus to one or more of the School’s three research centres, which concentrate on competitiveness, sustainability & wellbeing and digital transformation.
