This post presents an opportunity for exceptional scholars with a commitment to fostering a research and learning community that is as collegial and inclusive as it is innovative. The key responsibilities will be to work with integrity to continue to develop our strategy to increase grant submission and capture, mentor junior academic colleagues to achieve recognition of world leading research activity, and contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programmes.

You will have a track record of high-quality research in an area of Psychology that complements our existing specialisms enabling enhanced broad spectrum psychology research, along with the academic standing and strategic vision to take forward new directions for our discipline. Your application will demonstrate the ability to work at the interface between applied and theoretical approaches in psychology and to strategically link with one or more of the existing research areas in the School.

In support of your specific research field, this position comes with a 3-year fully funded PhD studentship to include fees with stipend at standard rate.
