The Research Integrity and Governance Co-coordinator is a permanent role that will provide administrative support and co-ordination of the ethics and governance review process within the Research Integrity and Governance Office (RIGO) in Research and Innovation Services.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the ethics process for research projects, implementing change and ensuring the research complies with legislation and good research governance.  The post holder will have the opportunity to participate in a quality assurance programme, to incorporate monitoring and audit programmes for research quality.

The co-ordinator is expected to work closely with colleagues in RIGO as well as the University Legal and Secretariat Team, Surrey Clinical Research Centre, University Clinical Trials Unit, University Ethics Committee and Animal Welfare and Ethics Review Board (AWERB).

Applicants will be educated to HNC, A level, NVQ 3 or HND with some relevant experience, or, significant vocational experience.
