The role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fundraiser for a maternity cover position. In this role, you will be crucial in meeting our annual KPIs and campaign targets. You will maintain and build momentum with our current funders and donors, ensuring ongoing engagement and support. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing the donor pipeline, fostering new relationships, and supporting our strategic pillars, including sustainability and AI initiatives. This is a fixed-term contract designed to continue our organization's growth and success during this period.
About you
You are an accomplished fundraiser with a proven track record in achieving ambitious targets. You possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors. You are adept at strategic thinking and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in sustainability and AI initiatives is a plus. You are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your dedication and enthusiasm will ensure the continued success of our fundraising efforts during the maternity cover period.
