The role

We are seeking to appoint a Content Coordinator (Access and Innovation) to work in our Content and Open Research team. 

In this role you will be responsible for the co-ordination of our Library Resources Sharing activities including (including but not limited to purchase, digitisation, digital textbook scheme, CLA reporting etc.) and ILL ensuring seamless access for all users.

You will also play a key role in the provision of comprehensive, effective and efficient support in the area of digital innovation applied to collections (including digitisation) and the practical application of AI solutions to improve our Library Service workflows.

About you

We are looking for an confident individual with an interest in embedding digital innovation to Library Collections and Content Supply. You will have an excellent understanding of the latest challenges and opportunities around Content provision and digital innovation (including AI) in the academic library context. 

You will have experience of multi-tasking while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a busy service. As part of this role, you will produce reports and analyse complex data to help during decision making.

There is an expectation that the post holder will work some days on campus and that they will be able to support and train colleagues as needed.
