The Role
A great opportunity for a - Studio coordinator to join Surrey Sports Park on a part time basis, providing high-quality group exercises to new and current members & users of the park.
The Studio coordinator plays a role in the provision and management of excellent group exercise classes at Surrey Sports Park. The role involves designing/ adapting class schedules, overseeing instructor coordination, ensuring operational excellence in studio fitness activities. The role combines hands-on instruction, administrative oversight, and strategic program development to enhance member experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Leadership: Develop and organize a diverse, engaging, and trend-led group fitness class timetable.
Class Instruction: Instruct some fitness classes.
Instructor Management: Recruit, induct, and organize class instructors, ensure all certifications, insurance, and training are up to date.
Operational Support: Oversee class cancellations, user notifications, and ensure smooth delivery of all sessions.
