The Role

We’re looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and well-motivated individual to help us to grow our MBA programmes in a busy and competitive market.

The annual recruitment cycle for the full time and Executive MBA programmes is vital to not only achieving student number targets but also ensuring student experience by developing a diverse cohort of highly engaged students.

You will have a critical role in the student recruitment journey working with colleagues in Marketing and Communications and our Business Development teams to attract applicants and guide them through their journey to becoming a Surrey MBA student.

About You

Customer service and sales, along with business development or marketing experience are key to this role. You will have;

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, including excellent written English
  • Experience in presenting confidently to business or professional audiences
  • Experience of producing digital content in a professional context
  • Strong IT skills including MS Excel and Office as a minimum
  • Experience of managing a diverse and busy workload

Ideally you will have worked in a Business School or Higher Education environment and have some familiarity with the MBA market.

Occasional evening and weekend working are a requirement of this role.
