The role
We are seeking three new Careers Education Officers to deliver employability initiatives within the academic curriculum and across the university. The post holders will work alongside employability colleagues, academic staff, the Students’ Union and other student services to support students to build their skills and prepare themselves for their next steps after university. These roles have a particular emphasis on supporting students from under-represented backgrounds.
About you
We are looking for candidates who have experience in and understanding of student employability and the graduate labour market. They will need to be confident in designing, delivering and evaluating large lectures and small group seminars. The role will require excellent relationship building and organisational skills and will suit somebody who is energised by being in the spotlight.
