We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Support Assistant to join our Commercial Services team and play a key role in helping people begin and continue their journey with us.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for customer service, relationship building and delivering outstanding experiences. You will be at the heart of our customer journey, working closely with prospective and existing customers to provide advice, support and solutions that help them make the most of everything Surrey Sports Park has to offer.
The role combines customer service, sales, and administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. From supporting membership sales and swimming programme enquiries to managing customer communications and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, you will play an important part in achieving both customer satisfaction and commercial success.
About You
We are seeking someone who is personable, organised, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others. You will be comfortable handling enquiries across multiple channels, managing competing priorities and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business. Previous experience within a customer-facing, sales, leisure, hospitality, or sport environment would be advantageous, although just as important is a positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
