HR Systems Officer
We are seeking a HR Systems Officer to join our small busy team on a 6-month appointment, providing essential transactional support and ensuring smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support GDPR review and structure of HR data folders and files
- Daily processing of HR system cases (via ticketing system)
- Provide general system and data advice to colleagues
- Processing of monthly tasks (e.g. monthly reports, system access audit checks)
- Assist with troubleshooting system issues and liaising with colleagues where necessary
- Ensure compliance with data protection
About You
- Experience with HR systems and data management
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft suite skills including Access and Excel
