HR Systems Officer

We are seeking a HR Systems Officer to join our small busy team on a 6-month appointment, providing essential transactional support and ensuring smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support GDPR review and structure of HR data folders and files
  • Daily processing of HR system cases (via ticketing system)
  • Provide general system and data advice to colleagues
  • Processing of monthly tasks (e.g. monthly reports, system access audit checks)
  • Assist with troubleshooting system issues and liaising with colleagues where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with data protection 

About You

  • Experience with HR systems and data management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills including Access and Excel
