As Content and Discovery Manager you will manage the Content team in the Library, work closely with other managers to move towards open content and improve our systems and processes. As part of the Library management team, you will also contribute to developing and implementing our strategic and operational plans.

You will be a collaborative and solutions focussed leader, with experience of managing budgets, library content provision and licensing and working with integrated LMS platforms. You will be able to motivate a team and support them as we look at new ways of blended working, and ensure that the service we provide continually evolves to support the teaching, learning and research requirements of the University.
