An opportunity has arisen within the Operations team for a proactive, self-motivated and highly organised Operations Manager with previous facility management to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be expected to lead and develop a team of Duty Managers who deliver the day to day operation of the business. The successful candidate will have experience in managing large teams, possess excellent people skills, a proven track record of delivery in customer focussed service and excellent knowledge of Sporting facilities, equipment and plant operation.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Health, Safety and Quality Manager, the Estates and Facilities department and the Housekeeping department in order to ensure safe systems of work are in place to prioritise the health and wellbeing of all Surrey Sports Park members and employees.
