An opportunity has arisen within the Sports Participation Team for a proactive, self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team.

As Swimming Development Officer, you will develop and deliver a high quality and innovative learn to swim programme as part of the Surrey Sports Park Swim Academy as well as developing pay and play opportunities and extending this existing schools programme. Working within the Sports Participation team, the role will have a key focus on developing and delivering innovative projects with long term sustainability through effective workforce development and targeted marketing as well as managing the achievement of set financial targets.
