Applications are invited for (a/two) Lectureship(s) in Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Surrey.
Applicants are expected to have a PhD (or equivalent) in Mathematics or a closely related discipline and carry out research which has a high level of originality, significance, and depth associated with any of the following research themes
* Maths of Life & Social Sciences and/or Stochastic Analysis (MoLSS)
* Dynamical Systems and/or Nonlinear PDEs (DSPDE)
* Data Science and/or Quantum Information (DSQI)
The duties of a Lecturer include supervision of PhD students,
applying for research funding, scholarship, contribution to administration,
and teaching at the undergraduate and masters level. 
An application consists of a Curriculum Vitae, a list of publications (highlighting up to 5 publications regarded as most significant), a statement of future research plans (no more than 2 sides of A4), and a summary of teaching experience.  Application forms and further particulars can be found at the website listed below.
