We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead on the implementation of our Worktribe Research Information Management system.  This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in the Higher Education sector and play a key role in the delivery of a pivotal enabler of our Research & Innovation strategy.  Your work will directly contribute towards the success of a strategic project at the University and ultimately towards the achievement of driving maximum value from the University’s research activities.

You will have:

  • High degree of experience of successful change management programmes involving a variety of stakeholders;
  • Excellent understanding of the Worktribe Research Management product and its implementation;
  • Excellent IT skills and strong capability with practical experience of developing, configuring, supporting and maintaining an IT systems solution;
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal, developed from experience gained in previous leadership roles.

This is a critical new post within a small, agile project team, formed to implement the Worktribe Research Information Management system.  The post sits within the Directorate of Research & Innovation Services, a team of professional services staff whose remit is to provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ of research support services to the research academic community, under the Vice-Provost, Research & Innovation.
