The Department for People and Organisations at Surrey Business School is a leading centre for research in Work and Organisational Psychology, Leadership, Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organisation Studies. Our faculty conduct world-leading research in our core areas of positive organisation relationships, decision-making, leadership, HRM, gender and diversity, performance assessment, and quality of working life. We apply our research in research-led teaching and external engagement with businesses to develop the next generation of evidence-based leaders and managers. The Department has grown strongly in recent years, and will continue to do so in future, with further appointments in plan.
