An opportunity has arisen within the Commercial Services department for a self-motivated, pro-active and highly organised individual to join our team.
As a senior member of the Commercial Services department, the Marketing Manager will help achieve commercial goals by creating and delivering innovative marketing campaigns to support our product portfolio across the key revenue generating areas of: membership; facility hire; participation courses; events and franchise ticket sales.
Overall responsibility for managing the complete campaign cycles including robust budgetary planning and measurement based on ROI, determining content and creative, media planning, social engagement and PR, and effectively adapting campaigns to optimise and achieve commercial targets in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent management, organisational and prioritisation skills, and experience of working independently and dealing with unforeseen circumstances and problems.
This role requires work during unsocial hours, including early mornings, late evening and at weekends.
