An opportunity has arisen within the Front of House team for a proactive, self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team.
 
The post holder will need to have the ability to think independently, problem solve and possesses excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for visitors and potential clients to the Fitness Suite and The Treatment Room, ensuring they are received in a welcoming and efficient manner and are provided with the required information and direction. Contributing to a positive visitor experience and upholding the professional image of the park, as well as holding responsibility for co-ordinating the booking system of The Treatment Room and providing administrative support for the operation of The Treatment Room.
In addition, the post holder will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and administration skills, along with adaptability, openness to change and personal motivation in all aspects of their work. 
Applicants should be highly organised with a proactive approach to their work, with the necessary skills to provide outstanding customer service. Forming a part of the Front of House Team the successful applicant will be professional and approachable with excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey
