We're looking for a creative team player, who can support the University’s go-to-market campaigns by contributing a high level of creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense in designing materials for campaigns and collateral in both print and digital formats.
This role will work closely alongside our in-house Creative Artworker, and be responsible for managing relationships with our external design agencies to deliver University collateral.
You'll utilise your skillset to help develop engaging designs across mediums to enhance the University’s brand profile and deliver excellence in design in support of our priority campaigns.
You'll be organised and happy to manage new requests and multiple workloads, often to tight deadlines.
Essential to the role:
• Degree qualified or significant vocational experience as a graphic designer
• Significant experience of using graphic design and related software packages, in particular In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proven ability to think creatively and create original design solutions
• Previous experience of producing large scale brochures/ prospectuses or similar
Desirable:
• Experience of working with/ managing design agencies
• Experience of using a variable print software package in a design context
• Experience of web design
