Change Agents (Digital Specialists)
Our new strategy has a real focus on a new, better way of working and engaging with our employees and students, working closely with the Programme Manager and CI & efficiencies Manager for our new unified ticketing solution, OneSurrey, you will be part of a new team and your role will be to start, champion and co-ordinate improvement projects and initiatives, along with identifying areas for improvement and taking action in partnership, or for, areas of the University to bring these to life.
Our focus with this team is drive a change in process and culture within the University and will influence, champion, inspire, and drive positive change within our organisation. The postholder will support the Programme Manager by acting as a key lead to identify opportunities for change and innovation, using digital solutions with our OneSurrey programme, and will seek further change and improvements within the wider technical teams.
