Working within the Academic Registry team you will provide excellent administrative support for the Undergraduate and Masters Computer Sciences programmes.  

Activities will include day to day handling of student enquiries, processing programme and module changes, servicing relevant committees and supporting students and academic staff.

The post holder will work closely with colleagues across the Academic Registry, in particular Assessments and Timetabling (to compose laboratory and tutorials groups).  A team player, you will have good organisational capabilities, proven administration experience and computing skills (in particular databases) and the ability to work at a high level of accuracy. 

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a strong customer focus and understanding of what students and staff need. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as you will be in contact with a wide range of people. You will also need to be adaptable to different situations and be pro-active in nature.
