Alumni and Supporter Engagement Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable assistant to join our Advancement Team.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the team with their alumni relations and fundraising activities and providing admin support to our Director of Advancement and Team Heads. You’ll have the chance to be involved in our wide range of volunteering, events and fundraising activities whilst also being the first point of contact for our alumni making contact with the University. You’ll need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong IT knowledge and be friendly, confident and outgoing to enable you to build effective relationships with our alumni and colleagues from other departments.
