An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Administrator to provide high quality administrative support and guidance on a range of activities that deliver efficient and effective business support to IT Services colleagues and our customers / stakeholders throughout the University.  

As an experienced administrator, you will have a background in supporting a range of internal customers and stakeholders with requests and will be a confident communicator, helping to provide clear and professional responses to questions and queries.

The role includes responsibility for managing helpdesk tickets for purchasing and delivery of IT hardware to customers, developing close and effective working relationships with our suppliers and IT colleagues in various teams, to manage requests through to delivery.  You will be a key point of contact for problems and issues arising as part of the ticket management / ordering / delivery process and will work with relevant parties to deliver effective resolutions.  

As part of the CIDO Office, your role also includes support for managing purchase orders for a range of activities within IT Services, including but not limited to contractor staff and IT contract renewals, as well as acting as a knowledge point for the Department on our purchasing processes.
