An opportunity has arisen within the Operations department for a proactive, self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team as a Duty Manager. You will be responsible for supervising the provision of excellent customer services and the day-to-day operations of the centre. This will include; cleaning, maintenance, preparation of areas and equipment for sessions as appropriate and contributing to the health and safety of such activities. The role will include working early mornings, late evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

The post-holder will have previous experience in a supervisory role, will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or equivalent) and a First Aid Certificate. Understanding the importance of Health and Safety in the leisure industry is essential and the candidate should have the ability to deliver a high-quality service with minimum supervision. The post-holder should have experience within a wet and dry facility and will be expected to build effective working relationships within the teams, with colleagues and with external partners. They should also be adaptable and flexible and will have the ability to deal with customers and their queries and concerns with tact and diplomacy.
